This year sees my fifth year returning to the wonderful Ludlow Food Festival, where I’ll be demoing once again on the Kadai Fire Stage at the Inner Bailey. Compered once again by the inimitable DJ BBQ I shall be cooking over fire and producing my very own version of a traditional Portuguese recipe - Pork and Clams (Porco a Alentejana) with a bit of a twist!

I also have the great honour this year of judging Round 1 of the British Live Fire Cooking Championships on the Friday evening.
