Our Fishermen

Our fishermen are key to the whole concept of ‘Shore to Shop’. we only source seasonal, inshore, day boat landed fish and shellfish and we know all our guys really well and have built lasting relationships with them.

They are the last of the true ‘wild hunters’ and their art is steeped in heritage, knowledge and experience, passed down through the generations.

They know their subject inside out and are often under often immense pressure from the weather, legislation and other marine offshore activity that directly impacts on their catches and livelihoods.

By supporting them this way, we hope to ensure their survival and succession for future generations.
