Welcome to the ‘Festive Fish Tales’ newsletter from A Passion for Seafood

Well, that time of year is swiftly upon us again and to accompany your festivities, I thought I’d share with you, a trio of my favourite fishy snacks that can be rustled up easily and simply and still provide incredible flavour and delight for your house guests.

I aways find that amidst all the turkey, ham and sausage meat, a smattering of quality seafood goes a lot way to assuaging any guilt!

It’s been a really busy year and next year doesn’t appear as if it’s going to be any quieter. I’m looking forward to getting back to sea, making some more films, doing demos, talking to fishermen and bringing you the story of our Great British Catch and how we should be embracing it in a seasonal and responsible way. Moreover, I hope to have time to get the old lobster pots back in the water and start fishing again. [Resolution]

Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas, or however you enjoy and celebrate this season and with all good wishes for 2020.
